Here is What to Expect.

I like to involve my clients in my process

• I take photos of your custom portrait as I am working and love to share them with you. I recently started sending a slideshow of the custom portrait from start to finish when I ship the artwork. I have examples of this on my instagram and fb page. Click the links below on the footer of the page to be taken to those pages.

• Shipping & Timing

  • If you need a rush for a special occasion then please specify this in the comment box when ordering so that I can make arrangements in my schedule.

  • I use USPS. If you need me to use another carrier please specify in the comment section in the checkout or contact me.

  • Feel free to email me for reassurance. I don’t mind. I’d rather you feel confident than worry.

• Photos are collected once you add your item to the cart and before checkout.

  • I will need at least one photo (less than 2MB, .png or .jeg preferred)

  • It is helpful if the photo captures something special about their personality.

  • If there is something about them you want me to highlight or capture please indicate that.

  • Send up to 4 images if you have them.
